boutique|mac is a fully Apple Authorized Service Provider, which means that we would love to fix your Mac.  Making sure your machine is running at peak performance is our passion, and a job we take very seriously.  Under AppleCare warranty we can repair any hardware issue, and we can do any non-warranty repair on all Mac computers.

 
Our service manager has over 15 years experience as a Mac technician, so you can be sure that your computer will be fixed right, the first time.  Of course we do all repairs locally in our store, and we aim for assessment within 48 hours - no waiting and wondering for weeks on end. Only trust the best with such an important member of your family - your Mac.
 
Are you unable to bring your Mac into our store, or live too far to drive?  Just ship it to us.  We will perform the repair and then ship it back to you with free return shipping.  Call our service department to prearrange.

Regardless of the problem, through our i-Restore® division we can perform many types of off-warranty repairs on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  • Smashed screen?  Our two day or while-you-wait replacement service is available.
  • We use factory-original parts.
  • Overnight turnaround is available for most repairs.
We specialize in accidental damage repairs.  This includes broken glass, damage from being dropped, etc.  If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod is exhibiting failure unrelated to accidental damage and is under warranty, please contact Apple technical support.
